- Planting period: Sept - Dec, Flowering period: April - May, Flowering height: 50cm
- Find a location with well-drained soil. Tulips will not thrive in water-logged areas.
- Planting locations: Border or bedding plant, good for cut flowers. Short varieties can also be grown in containers on the patio or balcony
- Additional advice: Tulips need to be planted in the Autumn, preferably in October/November, after the firsts frosts as this will wipe out any viral and fungal diseases that may be in the soil and which may infect the bulbs.
